Thrifty......Brown Rice

This week I made a large pot of brown rice. Over the next few days I made a really good Stir-fry, Chicken and Rice Soup, Creamed Rice, and a Rice Pilaf. Some of these we had for lunch and some for supper. I like it when I can make a large pot of something and use it to stretch my meals. I have also done this with beans, baked potatoes and mashed potatoes. Do you have any frugal meal ideas?
